Are You the Right Fit?

Visual Lease is looking for a top performing sales executive who has experience selling enterprise software to key decision makers for their real estate / financial management needs.

This Sales Executive will be responsible for selling high volume, strategic deals to new clients focused on the SMB market, while working as a team player within the company to exceed established goals.

What You Will Do

    • Achieve sales goals by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in our industry, offering unique, value-added products and services.
    • Identify prospects, build pipeline, and conduct effective, consultative and discovery meetings with prospects to assess needs and understand their process and existing systems
    • Effectively utilize resources to reach and identify prospects for contact
    • Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts.
    • Accurately and effectively communicate pipeline and anticipated close dates to senior leadership
    • Work in close coordination with executive management and other internal teams
    • Stay current on market and industry conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals and approaches.
    • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Visual Lease products and solutions
    • Deliver compelling demonstrations that display the product’s value proposition
    • Providing feedback to ensure continuous strategy and process optimization

Skills & Competencies

    • 1 -3 years of experience in software sales required, real estate or contract management industry a nice to have
    • Track record of exceeding annual sales quotas and/or strong performance in outbound SDR activities, meeting goals set out by management.
    • Experience selling and interacting with key decision makers at the VP and C-Suite levels.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
    • Must be able to demonstrate ability to achieve sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.
    • Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation.
    • SaaS experience a plus!

    • Our headquarters are in Woodbridge, NJ, but we are happy to consider remote candidates in the following states: AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, and WA.
    • The pay range for this position is $70,000– $90,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Band Transparency Act.
